I’m very fortunate to have the opportunity to cook lunches for a wonderful office team of 40. It’s lots of work, but it’s also lots of fun. Last week, I was contacted by their office manager and asked if I could cater a three-course dinner for a few of their new clients. Naturally, I was more than happy to. The event organizers and I decided that I’d prepare several platters of appetizers to start, followed by individual vegetable pot pies for the main course. And lastly, for dessert, we decided on a rich chocolate cake with a creamy mocha frosting. There were 20 attendees at the dinner, and everyone had a wonderful time. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity and thankful for the experience.
